President of Green-Tech Environmental Engineering Ltd. and Professor of Building Technology with over thirty years of experience in consulting, real estate development, design, construction and project management for heavy construction projects around the world. 

Mr. Davis has extensive experience in sustainable design and construction, medium and low density residential construction; high rise office and residential towers; investigation and remediation of buildings exhibiting ‘sick building syndrome’, bridges; highways; airports; pipelines; marinas; coastal structures; and municipal engineering projects in Canada and the U.S.; including global experience with military base development for the United States Air Force. 

He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and the United States, a designated Consulting Engineer in accordance with the Professional Engineers Act (Ontario), and a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction.
